Service oriented staff, great view, and new rooms. Very friendly staff, the pool could be a bit warmer and I was not informed that the spa area was under construction.

Overpriced for the quality of the stay. The hotel was conveniently located, a little away from Sa Pa's center (10 min by car or bike).
The view on the rice fields is very nice and peaceful, and you can enjoy it from the swimming pool.

I arrived in the middle of the week, not many tourists staying here, the place was very quiet. I had good peaceful sleep at night. The breakfast was Vietnamese style, the food filled my stomach. There is a road about 50m away that leads to the Y Linh Ho valley. I took a slow walk down to the valley, bought some fruits from the village shops, took photos, enjoyed the fresh air. Spectacular views and wonderful swimming pool - just perfect for this location. Beautiful setting and fabulous pool. Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view.
I think breakfast was a bit chaotic although nothing wrong with the catering.
