A lovely and comfortable place to stay with caring and kind staff. The Staff were all wonderful! They were friendly and kind and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. And they were very sweet including me in Women’s Day Celebrations.
The stairs and the steep hill. But it’s excellent for fitness.

Pleasant stay with impeccable service. Convenient location, good and helpful staff. Big toilet and strong airconditioning.
Can be a bit noisy at night, due to noise from other guests or cars, as rooms are not very well sound proofed.

1. Khá gần với trung tâm sapa, đi bộ dăm phút là tới nhà thờ đá
2. Phòng rộng lớn, view ra đường phố và cảnh núi xa xa, cũng đẹp
3. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện, tích cực hỗ trợ và luôn niềm nở dù mình có nhiều yêu cầu
4. Sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, đồ ăn sáng tạm ổn.

I will definitely choose this hotel again. beautiful mountain view. the staff were extremely sweet and polite. good local breakfast and a decent selection of western breakfast. the hotel staff were always forthcoming and helping to make our stay extra comfortable. they even upgraded our room for us for free when we asked for a room with balcony. great location and accessible to eating places. migh...See more

The place is super closed to the centre so you don't need a taxi to get there and there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff, especially Hoa was very accommodating and helpful. There is a massage on the first floor and the service was excellent ❤️

Tuyệt vời. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và gần trung tâm vừa yên tĩnh vừa tiện lợi. Có bãi xe và sân cho trẻ em chơi. Mình đến vào thời điểm vắng mà các bạn đón tiếp vẫn rất nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn rất ngon. Mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè địa điểm này.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice. The manager and the ladies at the reception were always asking if everything was alright.
The manager gave us advice for hiking à d visiting the place.
The bedroom was very nice and very quiet.
The hotel is very clean.
It's very close to the centre.

Giường to thoải mái, địa điểm đẹp, phòng sạch rộng rãi, nhân viên phục vụ rất nice !
Ăn sáng buffe có phở bò ngon lắm, lẩu rau cung ngon.
Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời lsau sẽ quay lại nghỉ ở đây
